INKED SOULSSOULS

Lore

The ink remembers

An evolving canon. Chapters are drafted by the team and extended by holders — accepted entries become permanent parts of the record.

Chapters

  1. I

    The Inkfield

Before the Souls, there was only sediment: every confirmed record the chain had ever kept, pressed down until it held weight. Miners called it noise. The first Souls called it home.

  2. II

    The First Inking

A Soul is made when scattered marks agree on a shape. The first inking took no ceremony — it simply happened, and could not be reversed. Permanence arrived before meaning did.

  3. III

    The Question

If nothing can be erased, who decides what it means? The Veiled answered with silence, the Etchers with records, the Choir with noise, the Wardens with rules. All four answers survived.

  4. IV

    Rewritten

Ink cannot be removed, but it can be layered. The collection's later chapters concern what a Soul becomes when the community writes over it — and who has the right to hold the pen.
